Is there a limit on the amount of time spent delivering these services?
No, we don’t meter our time, however we can only run so fast (and so can you) so customers shouldn’t expect everything to be done within a very short time frame. We will over-invest, but we will also plot and agree with you an information and cyber security journey, and an expected timeline for that journey.
What happens when our business gets to over 100 employees?
We can continue to support you using the same commercial model up to 150 users, however we only take on new clients below 100 users. In the growth period between 100 users and 150 users, we will agree a new commercial model with you based on your requirements at the time, and using the pricing models for each of our individual services (Advisory, Professional, Testing and Managed).
What services does CyberLens for Small Business include?
Our CyberLens for SMEs services incorporates all four of our main service lines: Advisory, Professional, Testing and Managed Services.
What is the minimum contract period for a CyberLens for SMEs service?
This is a commercial negotiating point for new CyberLens for SME customers. Ultimately we look to strike a balance that allows us to over-invest at the start of our relationship and improve our customers' information and cyber security posture as quickly as possible. This accelerates time to value and puts the partnership on the best possible footing going forwards.
